Key Account Executive - Avoskin

 Deskripsi Pekerjaan : 

1. Build sustainable relationship of trust with Customer Avoskin through open and interactive communication.

2. Act as Avoskin gatekeeper.

3. Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.

4. Recommend potential products to supervisor.

5. Invite new Avo Store to join.

6. Support social media response (comment and direct message) and any chat platform.

7. Inform Avo Store about offers and promotions.

8. Resolve product service problem by clarifying Customer Avoskin complaint.

9. Handle Customer Avoskin complaints with provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.

10. Resolve Customer Avoskin complaints via phone, email, or social media.

11. Suggest solutions when product malfunctions.

12. Create weekly and monthly reports by collecting AVO Store information analysis.



Minimum Qualifications


1. Maximum 25 year old

2. Experienced in related field min. 1-year

3. Good Communication Skill

4. Enthusiastic, creative, well-organized

5. Good Writing skill

6. Work well under pressure to meet deadlines

7. Strong analytical and planning skills

8. Excellent problem-solving skills
