Cyclone Separator

Cyclone separator adalah alat yang menggunakan prinsip gaya sentrifugal dan tekanan rendah karena adanya perputaran untuk memisahkan materi berdasarkan  perbedaan massa jenis dan ukuran.

Prinsip kerja cyclone :

Gas atau aliran fluida diinjeksikan melalui pipa input. Bentuk kerucut cyclone menginduksikan aliran gas atau fluida untuk berputar, menciptakan vortex.Partikel dengan ukuran atau kerapatan yang lebih besar didorong ke arah luar vortex. Gaya gravitasi menyebabkan partikel-partikel tersebut jatuh ke sisi kerucut menuju tempat pengeluaran. Partikel dengan ukuran atau kerapatan yang lebih kecil keluar melalui bagian atas dari cyclone melalui pusat yang bertekanan rendah. Cyclone membuat suatu gaya sentrifugal yang berfungsi untuk memisahkan partikulat dari udara kotor. Gaya sentrifugal timbul saat partikulat di dalam udara masuk ke puncak kolektor silindris pada suatu sudut dan diputar dengan cepat mengarah ke bawah seperti pusaran air. Aliran udara mengalir secara melingkar dan partikulat yang lebih berat mengarah ke bawah setelah menabrak ke arah dinding cyclone dan meluncur ke

The working principle of cyclone:

Gas or fluid flow injected through the pipeline input. Forms of cyclone cones induce a flow of gas or fluid to spin, creating vortex.Partikel with size or greater density driven to the outside vortex. The gravitational force causes the particles to fall to the side of the cone toward the expenses. Particles in the size or density of the smaller exit through the top of the cyclone through a center of low pressure. Cyclone create a centrifugal force that serves to separate particulates from the dirty air. The centrifugal force arises when the particulate matter in the air enters the cylindrical collector peak at an angle and rotated quickly lead down like a whirlpool. Air stream flowing in a circle and heavier particulates leads down after crashing toward the cyclone wall and slide down.
