What is boiler?

Boiler is a device shaped closed vessel used to heat water to produce steam (steam), heat from the combustion of fuel in the boiler will be transferred to the medium of water flowing in the pipes, when the water temperature has reached a certain temperature it will happen evaporation. So can we interpret that the boiler is a tool used in letting steam, as we know it can be used to drive a steam turbine at a power plant.

Type of boiler :
1. Fire Tube:

Type fire tube boiler has the following characteristics: yield capacity and low pressure steam.
How it works: the ignition occurs in the pipeline, then the generated heat is delivered directly into the boiler containing water. Large and boiler construction affects the capacity and the resulting pressure of the boiler.
2. Water Tube:

Type of water tube boilers have these characteristics: yield capacity and high pressure steam.
How it Works: ignition process occurs outside of the pipe, then the heat generated heat pipe containing water and the water previously conditioned in advance through the economizer, then steam generated in advance collected in a steam drum. Until the appropriate pressure and temperature, via the secondary stage and the primary superheater new superheater steam is released into the main distribution pipe. In plumbing, running water must be conditioned to a mineral or other deposits tesebut soluble in water. This is a major factor that must be considered against this type.
