Environmental Conservation in Jogjakarta Mangrove Forests

series of events "SIKRAB_Siang Keakraban" held by students who are
members of the platoon Core SMK 1 Bantul on Sunday, March 23, 2014. The
event starts at 09.30 pm until 13.00 pm was held at the Mangrove Forest
Conservation area Baros. Planting mangrove species Avicenia Sp. be the first event for activity followed 45 participants.Debriefing
form of technical guidance on planting done by the Chairman of Family
Youth Pemudi Baros (KP2B) the brother Susanta Widya Wawan. On
this occasion Mr. Henry menyampaiakn that planted the trees as well as
caring for the baby, cradling a consideration of the position of a safe
and good planting and caring for trees planted in order to be alive and
able to become a Green Belt for Baros Mangrove Forest Conservation area
and its surroundings. The investment activities are guided by youth Baros as the management
and continued outbound prepared by a committee of 15 students of SMK 1
Bantul.
As a teacher assistant who comes in the midst of the event, Mr. Abdul Kholik BK teachers of SMK 1 Bantul said that with events like this the student is expected to preserve the environment and the student will be able to perform a similar action for the future. Besides Mr. Kholik also said that already there is an increased primarily Mangrove plants growing dense than last year during a visit to accompany students pass PMR planting.
